Once you have approved the proof, it takes 14-20 days before you receive your ordered items. We are committed to delivering ordered goods as quickly as possible. As soon as you place your order, we will handle it.
We deliver to the following countries: the Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway) and the EU (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain and Portugal).

We have let Payson handle the payments for us.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is possible free of charge until you have approved the proof. After the proof has been approved, there is no right of withdrawal on the order as there are specially ordered items. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation has been received from us.
Complaints
If the delivered product is incorrect or damaged, you can make a complaint. Contact us by email to info@mylogoballs.com with your order number for information on how to proceed. The invoice is your guarantee certificate. All our products have 1 year warranty. The warranty does not include transport costs.
Unpatched / extracted packages
If for some reason you did not give the carrier the opportunity to ship the package or you have not retrieved it on time, it will be returned. You will then be required to pay for a new shipping charge and the printing company's additional costs.
Returns
We reserve the right to replace defective goods with equivalent in case identical are not available at the time of action of returned product.
